A Little Late...but Kaylie is a Month Old!!

We can't believe it but our baby girl is a month old already...man has time flown by already.

Movement: As I sit here writing this we are kicking and moving like crazy. Our new favorite thing is our gym...we love to kick and have our pink flower make noise and we now have figured out that we can make noise by hitting our toys with our hands and feet. She really enjoys it. I am waiting for the day that she rolls onto her tummy...which she will hate since she hates doing tummy time.

Eating: We are now eating every 3 to 4 hours and eating about 3.5 to 4 oz. a time. Just depends on the day. We are still spitting up almost every bottle, sometimes it is only a mouth full other days it is more. We do get excited when we eat without spitting up or hiccups. She hates the hiccups and gets them all the time. The doctor says she should stop spitting up once she gets walking...we are hoping it is when we start solids, but only time will tell.

Teeth: Too young to start the teething process...we sure love her toothless grin though.

Sleep: We usually sleep a good 4 to 5 hours and wake up in the middle of the night. Wednesday night, we went to sleep at 11 p.m.and woke up at 6 a.m. without waking up. Maybe this will continue, but we will see.

Voice: We have started making sounds a couple of weeks ago...she is a lot of fun to listen to. I love listening to her talk when she playing in her gym.

Favorites: Definitely, her gym...she is starting to really enjoy play time. And I enjoy being able to set her down on it and her be happy. I also, love to watch her kick and hit the toys.

Diaper Size: We just moved to size 1 Pampers, we could've stayed in Newborn for a little longer, but we didn't want to buy a box of Newborn and she grow out of them.

Clothes Size: She is mainly in 0-3 month clothes, she has like two outfits that are still newborn. She got too tall for them that is why we had to switch. Funny since both mommy and daddy are short...ha ha.

Nicknames: A lot of people call her princess or peanut...she is baby girl or kiddo to mommy and daddy. Daddy wants to call her squirt, but I haven't heard him use it yet.

She is sure starting to get fun and Zach and I both can't wait to watch her grow more.

Well this post only took me a week to write...ha ha. Hope you enjoy the update on Kaylie.
