Camden - Half A Year old

Movement: This month, we have started to roll. It is crazy how one day he was staying still, and the next he was every where.  Camden really seems like he wants to skip the crawling stage to go straight to walking. I really think it has to do with his sister. He wants to follow her so badly.

Eating: We are eating less formula these days because we have started to eat more solids. He usually has rice cereal and a fruit for breakfast and a veggie and rice cereal for lunch. Supper it all depends. He used to sleep through dinner, but now that he can eat with us that has changed. He really wants to be eating what ever we are having.

Teeth: His first tooth broke through this month and another is on its way.

Sleep: We haven't been doing very well for sleep lately. We decided for a few weeks to not sleep through the night. We are not sure if it is due to a cold or teething. We are starting to get more sleep so we will see if it continues. Fingers crossed!!

Voice: We are a talking machine these days. He is starting to make noises like Da Da, but that is why we always try to teach the kids Papa for awhile. I am working on Ma Ma of course, and Grandpa Boe thinks he says he needs to say Grandpa first...ha ha! I am sure that the chatting will continue.

Favorites: Camden is really loving his Mama right now, I can't be in his line of vision without him getting upset. He really enjoys sitting up and playing with toys. He really loves to be a big boy!

Diaper/Clothes: He is still in size 2 diapers and he is starting to wear 9 month clothes because 6 month were getting too short for him.

Nicknames: Bud, Buddy, Brother Camden and Butchy Boy

Camden...5 Months

Movement: Camden really loves to kick and move. His favorite move is something we call Super Baby. It is when he looks like he is flying on his tummy. He really loves tummy time and has now started to kick and try reach for the toys that we put in front of him.

Eating: Now, that he is better from the stomach flu he is eating a lot it seems. He eats 5 to 6 oz. every 3 hours or so. He has also tried a few baby foods, such as apples, carrots, & oatmeal. Camden doesn't quite know what to think about them yet, but he loves sitting in him high chair with all of us. He think he is pretty hot stuff!!!

Teeth: Pretty sure we are teething, drooling and chewing on everything. Mommy is pretty sure she saw a little white in his mouth, but no teeth yet.

Sleep: Right before his 5 month birthday he decided to sleep through the night. We are on 5 nights so far, mommy and daddy just hope it continues. He has been moving a lot in his crib, but his favorite is sleeping on his tummy.

Voice: His voice depends on the day, some days he is very chatty other days he doesn't talk much. Camden is very much in love with his sister and loves to giggle at her. Some days we have no idea what she is doing, but she super funny!

Favorites: Being on his tummy, Camden has always loved being on his tummy. Now, he is learning that you can go places when you are on your tummy. His exersauer has been a big hit with him too. He loves to spin in it and see all the toys. Kaylie pretty much loves all the toys too and like to make them make noises.

Diaper/Clothes: Still size 2 diapers & currently 6 months clothes, but will be switching by Christmas since he is so tall.

Nickname: Bud (Kaylie), Butchy Boy (Grandma Boe), Buddy, Super Baby

Camden's personality has really started to show this last month. We can sit by our self for a little bit, and is really starting to enjoy his sister and toys. We can not wait to see what this month with bring especially with the holidays coming up.

Cam...4 Months

Wow...really behind this month!!!

Movement: Camden is still moving a lot. He seems like he wants to go go all the time. He is really loves to stand these days. He likes to sit, but he would rather stand!! I am wondering if he will be an early walker. Time will tell.

Eating: Camden went to the doctor this month and we was only 13 pounds 8 oz., which was only 12% weight. So we have started to give him 6 oz. every 3 hours. The doctor didn't seem to be too concerned, but mommy was a little concerned.



Teeth: No teeth yet.

Sleep: He still is going to bed from 7 to 8 p.m. and waking up between 3 to 4 a.m. We really hope that he is sleeping through the night soon. He still loves to sleep during the day.

Voice: He is still loves to talk and giggle. Camden really loves his sister and talks and giggles at her. She does like to tell him to be quite some times, which is funny!

Favorites: I think his favorite thing is his Tigger, he loves it because it has a small blanket attached and he can chew on it. He loves to chew on things.

Diapers/Clothes Size: Camden is now in size 2 diapers. He is now in 6 month clothes, but with his height he might be in 9 month pants soon. He is 92% on his height, tall & skinny!!
