Camden - 10 Months

Movement: Wow, can Camden cruise around the furniture. He has also started to let go for longer periods of time and has taken a few steps. He thinks he is pretty hot stuff when he does it. Our luck he will be running by the end of the month!!! Then we will be chasing two.

Eating: He still takes about 3 bottles a day, one in the morning after waking up, one around lunch and one right before bed. Camden still eats everything!! Last night, he had beef and rice and loved it! Hopefully this will make his sister try some new things, but if I have one good eater I can't complain right?!?

Teeth: We have 5 teeth for sure, but another is working on coming through. Unfortunately, Camden has found that his teeth can be used for biting. We are trying to break it, but it is a tough one. Kaylie gets bit the most since she is always taking toys away from him.

Sleep: Camden takes two naps a day usually. One in the morning around 9 to 10 a.m. and one around 1 or 2 p.m. They can be as long as 2 hours, but are usually only an hour. He will some times take a short nap before dinner, but that depends on how the day went. The last few nights he has been waking up, we are hoping that it won't be a common thing.

Voice: We are pretty sure that we have heard bye-bye when he waves and he says "ma ma". Grandpa Boe is convinced that he said Grandpa the other day, who knows! He is babbling all the time, so we are sure to hear more soon. He is starting to communicate more than just trying, he wanted more of something at dinner the other night and made some noise to get my attention and pointed to it.

Diaper/Clothes: Size 3 Diapers, 12 month mostly clothes

Kaylie - We have a 3 year old! (Yearly Interview Included)

Movement:  Kaylie is always on the move. Tonight, she asked me if she could run in my house. It was one of the funniest things she has ever said. She loves to dance and do gymnastics, she loves to jump and unfortunately she loves to jump on our furniture. I am very surprised that she hasn't hurt herself.
Eating: Well she isn't the greatest eater in the world. She will not eat anything that is green, one day she refused pasta because it was green. Kaylie hates vegetables and refuses to even try them. Our hope is that one day that when Camden eats the vegetables that she will. It hasn't worked yet!! Her favorite foods are Mac and Cheese and french fries.

Sleep: She is pretty great at sleeping, she has been sleeping in her big bed for awhile now and seems to really love it. It can get very hard to get her to nap in her bed though, she would rather play in her bed. We some times have a problem getting her to sleep at night because she wants to play, but we are working on that.

Voice: Kaylie has always been a chatter, she seems to have quite the vocabulary. She always is saying new things and the things that she comes up with are funny. It really cracks us up when she says things that we have said, like the other day she told me that she was frustrated! I have no idea what she was frustrated about.

Favorites: Some of Kaylie's favorite things right now, her brother Camden, her Barbies, her leap pad, legos.

Clothes: 4T Shirts & 3T Pants

Nicknames: Baby Girl, she isn't much into nicknames right now. She will always correct us and tell us she is Kaylie

Camden - 9 Months

Movement: Camden is still moving like crazy. He is pretty much only crawling now and starting to go from furniture to furniture. From time to time he lets go, but still doesn't have the balance to stand up alone yet. We will see if he decides to walk a little this month or not.

Eating: Camden is an eating machine, but only with table food & baby food. He has really slowed down on formula. He only takes a bottle in the morning, around lunch and at night now. The doctor told me that it is fine since some baby wean themselves off of formula. You learn something new every day!! We haven't really found anything he isn't a fan of with table food yet. I hope that it stays that way, he eats veggies, unlike Kaylie!

Teeth: Still only four teeth, but he seems to bite a lot of things so who knows if he is getting more or not.

Sleep: This month we starting sleeping through the night again!!! Yippy. Makes Mommy and Daddy very happy! He still takes quite a few naps during the day, but I figure if he is tired than I would rather him get sleep and be happy.

Voice: Camden does babble, but he is much quieter than his sister. Must be that he can't get in a word most the time with her around. He is making the da da and ma ma sounds, but doesn't quite know what he is saying.

Favorites: His Grandpa Boe, man are they buddies right now. Grandpa has been getting quite a bit of quality time with Camden, since we started our work out program 10 weeks ago. We go to work out at 5 a.m. and usually Camden gets up shortly after we leave and hangs out with Grandpa.

Diaper/Clothes: 9 month or 12 month clothes and 3 diapers

Nicknames: Bud, Butchy Boy, Buddy, Brother Camden, Cam
